DevOps Engineer

Tired of an old tech stack?  Axial3D Ltd is recruiting an experienced DevOps engineer to grow Axial3D’s expanding SaaS solution who will work alongside development, product, UX, and operations in order to identify and eliminate constraints in the product life cycle. As a key member of the Development team, you are part of a team responsible for ensuring availability, reliability, responsiveness and scalability across all Axial3D production and staging services. You are deeply hands-on with our cloud-based infrastructure, automation, monitoring and systems telemetry.

You work with our engineering team to design and build system infrastructure that is automated, elastic, and reliable. The tools you build and provide increase automation, consistency, and confidence in all platforms. Every change to the environment must be checked in and deployed.

The Role includes

  • Facilitate the horizontal scaling of the SaaS platform across the globe.
  • Develop monitoring and alerting for AWS deployed platforms and software in order to support sustained and reliable availability of internal and production systems.
  • Guide the development team to build software systems on AWS with transparency to facilitate monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Occasional support and development of internal company network infrastructure.
  • Choosing and implementing platform telemetry.
  • Understanding Web APIs and particularly REST.
  • Perpetually automate away the mundane areas of development and deployment.
  • Ability to analyse and diagnose, but not necessarily fix, issues across Python, Java and Vue.js.

Product Manager

The Role includes

  • Manage product roadmap, ensuring the adoption of appropriate technology to improve the customer experience and business goals of the company
  • Executing on product strategy set by the CPO.
  • Documenting requirements so that they can be stored and reviewed as part of the regulatory process.
  • Lead the product prioritisation efforts within the Insights Platform ensuring that we are building the right things at the right time in response to the market and customer needs.
  • Management of product research, requirements gathering and ensuring the successful completion of development tasks with development team leaders.
  • Working with the Axial3D compliance manager, build quality assurance systems for software development, document internal company policies and procedures for the processing of data ensuring regulatory adherence and compliance with applicable standards particularly as pertains to medical device development, data protection and information governance
  • Plan and carry out product launches.
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
  • Dealing with ambiguity on a daily basis, to bring clarity to the prioritisation and roadmap.

Software Engineer

Axial3D Ltd is recruiting an experienced Software Engineer (AWS BackEnd) to join Axial3D’s established and growing development teams working purely on AWS to enable 3D printing for the future of medicine.  The current engineering team has built and established a cloud based platform including a fully SaaS product. You will work within our development team along with devops, operations, product, ux and leadership teams.  The opportunity is to establish yourself as a leader in back end development with our team and you will scope to shape the product’s architecture and services using the experience from your prior roles.  You will work alongside machine learning engineers and enable them to launch the latest models for medical imaging onto AWS.  Each day you will contribute to improved surgical outcomes for patients.

Production and Dispatch Engineer

We are looking for part-time engineers to help with the creation of medical models & dispatch to our international hospital user base. We are looking for driven individuals to come in and work between 12-24 hours per week with axial3D to work with our rapidly scaling team. We can provide a flexible working environment and hours, ideal for fitting around personal commitments and work/life balance.

Work will include maintaining Axial3D’s in house fleet of 3D printers and post processing medical models for use in surgical intervention. As well as assisting with international dispatch, logistics and quality control

Contracts will typically be for a 6 month fixed term but may be extended further depending on workload.

Customer Success Manager

Axial3D Ltd is recruiting an experienced Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for driving the ongoing onboarding, use, support and satisfaction for Axial3D’s customers around the world, their growth in usage, both in terms of the number of models being used and the number of clinical specialities using them. They will act as the internal champion to cross-functional teams to improve sustained customer success and growth. Key focus areas will include retention, adoption, and growth for all customers.

The Role

  • Be responsible for the usage, growth and satisfaction of Axial3D customers
  • Work closely with and where required co-ordinate internal Axial3D resources from sales, marketing, operations and development, to enable customer success targets to be achieved
  • Manage the current Customer Success team members (all part-time)
  • Manage the on-boarding process of new customers through the customer journey to ensure strong satisfaction, support high-levels of software utilization, and enable true business value attainment.
  • Manage customer interactions in a manner that establishes credibility and trust as a business advisor
  • Continually work to evolve and improve Customer Success – measured by growth in the number of models used, growth in the number of surgeons and specialities using the models and  satisfaction levels of the surgical teams using the models
  • Administer a customer feedback program to develop customer-specific case studies and references
  • Provide timely updates to commercial teams about potential qualified new sales opportunities.
  • Communicate customer needs/issues to determine actions to resolve customer issues/address need.
  • Advocate on behalf of the Customer Success organization, internally and externally, to show our specialization in customer satisfaction, adoption, and outcomes.
  • Be responsible for the successful completion of all of the clinical studies/trials that Axial3D performs with our customers

Your Desired Capabilities

  • Track record of driving customer success
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of healthcare, ideally internationally
  • Extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Strong orientation toward problem-solving with a systematic and managed approach

Your Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years life sciences or medical devices industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years in customer success (preferably) or alternatively marketing sales, or professional services
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
